Hi everyone! I'll be the first to admit - it's been way too long since my last blog post. We've had alot going on, and I'm happy to share it with you. First and foremost, I left my design job to commit to photography full time. There are so many aspects of that career that I miss (check out these awesome project by Meyers + Associates here), but I've enjoyed the ability to spend more time developing relationships with couples, clients, and expanding our portfolio.
Secondly, we moved. Moving is exhausting, and we're never doing it again (I swear, this is it). We have been renovating my grandpa's 1924 clintonville home, and it's been quite a ride. We still have so much work to do, but we're here, and it's awesome. Not only is this the home that my mom & aunts grew up in, but I basically did too (these were the greatest grandparents you could ever imagine). I'm sure I'll post some renovation photos eventually.
Third, we've been booking like crazy! I can't even tell you how many amazing couples we've met over the past few months. We are pretty much full for 2015, and looking forward to booking 2016 (keep 'em coming please).
And with that said, I am excited to share our most recent engagement session - Kevin + Rachel! We had so much fun with these guys. We started on campus, and worked our way over to German Village, where we explored the Book Loft and Stauf's. My favorite part was recreating their first date over coffee, capturing lots of candid laughter. Just perfect. I hope you all enjoy these as much as I have.
